Who we are
Healthcore IME was built around a simple frustration: medical-legal files move too slowly when nobody owns the process. Between us, our team has 70 years in the legal side of medical insurance, and that experience goes into every referral — knowing which specialty actually answers the question being asked, which assessor has the availability and the right expertise, and where a file tends to stall if nobody's watching it.
We coordinate assessments for Ontario law firms, insurers, employers, and claims professionals, across accident-benefit, tort, disability, and employment matters. Our team handles the scheduling, the records, and the file management. The clinical findings and opinions stay entirely with the independent assessor — we don't touch that part, and we wouldn't want to.
