Administrative Opportunities
Executive / Administrative Assistant
- Responsibilities:
- Direct administrative support to senior leadership.
- Managing complex scheduling and coordination for medical-legal file processing.
- Ensuring meticulous record-keeping and data management.
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and legal counsel with professionalism and discretion.
- Overseeing final report compilation and quality control checks.
- What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical or legal environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Case Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.

Medical Specialist (All Disciplines)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs)
- Perform comprehensive medical file reviews and catastrophic impairment assessments
- Deliver clear, timely, and objective medical-legal reports
What We're Looking For
- Board Certification in your medical specialty
- Active registration and good standing with the CPSO or relevant regulatory body
