REPORT STANDARDS
Standards for Medical Evidence
Medical-legal reports are an important element of Ontario litigation and insurance claims. Our team ensures every document meets the rigorous standards required by the courts and insurers to maintain credibility and clarity.
QA & ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW
Every file is reviewed by our QA and administrative team before it reaches you. We check for missing responses, inconsistencies, and unclear passages to ensure the clinical opinion remains objective and the process remains efficient.
Litigation Requirements
For Ontario civil litigation, reports must comply with Rule 53.03 of the Rules of Civil Procedure. This includes the expert's signed Form 53 and the Acknowledgment of Expert's Duty, emphasizing objectivity and non-partisanship.
The Review Process
We confirm the scope of the referral before the assessment begins. Legal letters of Instruction are forwarded to the individual assessors to provide the necessary context for a clear and evidence based opinion.

QA REVIEW
Careful review. Reliable support.
Our QA and administrative team checks every file for missing referral responses, inconsistencies, and unclear passages before it reaches you. The clinical opinion stays entirely the assessor's — we just make sure nothing slows the file down.
