Preliminary Assessments
medical file reviews
We provide Preliminary Medical File Reviews to help you quickly gauge the strength and value of a claim before committing to full assessments. Our assessors screen the available records, flag key medical and causation issues, and outline next steps so you can decide whether to proceed, seek more information, or adjust your strategy. This can be particularly important when gauging the strength of a potential CAT application.
Insurance Claims

Healthcore IME provides where applicable paper review services for insurance claims, including detailed chart reviews, chronology building, and analysis of diagnostic tests and treatment records. Our assessors identify inconsistencies, clarify causation, and highlight key medical issues so insurers can make clear, defensible coverage and reserve decisions.
Legal Cases
Medical paper reviews
We provide where applicable Medical Paper Reviews for legal cases, including detailed analysis of medical records, diagnostic imaging, and treatment histories. Our assessors identify inconsistencies, clarify causation, and comment on prognosis, functional impact, and future care needs so counsel can evaluate liability, quantum, and settlement strategy with confidence.
Second Opinions

We provide where applicable Second Opinion Medical Paper Reviews when you need a fresh, independent look at an existing report or opinion. Non-Earner Benefit (NEB)
